Villa Marella – Koh Samui

With the construction underway, Baya was asked to review the existing plans and eveolve where possible the villa design to match with the client’s wish, to create the dream home they were hoping for. In a short space of time we developed new internal floor plans and additonal areas to make this villa a true vision for the owner. With a combined show kitchen with hidden access to the more functional back kitchen, we transformed the main open plan kitchen, dining and living zones, with clean access to the stunnning pool terrace. Creating accces to the landscape a tropical garden with pergola and seating and games room a new first floor gym, this villa hits all the right notes for the ultimate home or guest experience.
