As part of a luxury condominium development on the popular island of Phulet on the Andaman coast of Thailand, this showcase penthouse villa, all on one top floor, with incrdeible views, required a complete interior architectural layout and design vision to match the super prime market available on the island. Working in close collaboration with the experienced developer BAYA created this exceptional penthouse design to add to the developer’s luxury portfolio.

The penthouse sold a few months after our design was completed, so we look foward to the construction of this magnificent showpiece villa.
