Kasia and Jamie worked on my villa project for 3 years, from the architectural planning stage all the way to the final handover. I cannot compliment them enough, in terms of quality of the work as well as being genuinely wonderful people to work with. Everything they did was fantastic, I could trust them blindly, and I am super happy with the final product of their work I can honestly say that work of this quality will be very hard to find in Thailand, and in fact anywhere. If I ever build another villa, I will hire them again for sure.

This was our first residential project in Thailand, Koh Samui. We were halfway in our building process and felt we couldn’t move forward. We hired Baya Luxury Design to advise us about some architectural changes. In addition, Kasia and Jamie helped us with the interior design. In this entire process of designing, material sourcing and presenting it to us in very clear 3D visualizations, we felt they were very professional, highly talented and making sure all our wishes were taking into consideration to have the highest level of design and finishing throughout the entire villa. The end result exceeded our expectations in every way. We are so happy to have hired Baya Luxury Design, as this investment has also added more value to our property.

I worked with Kasia & Jamie on an almost daily basis for many months during the construction of our family’s villa. Their professionalism was admirable, and I was constantly in awe off their talent for visualizing and creating spaces. Kasia & Jamie from BAYA Luxury Design Studio joined the project team midway through the build and their talent and experience created an immediate impact. They understood my investment objectives and general design concepts, and enhanced them. Their expertise in architecture and design became apparent as they redesigned spaces, presenting various interior design options via beautiful and accurate CGI’s. So much so I eagerly awaited their CGI’s as I was so thrilled with the interior design concepts. On a personal note, they were such a pleasure to work with, and the management team benefited from smooth, efficient, and friendly communication throughout the project.
